The Bowerman Track Club Fall Cross Country program is one of the best of its kind in the nation. Our program is open to kids ages 7 to 14, and we have four practice locations (Nike WHQ, NE Portland, Sherwood and Lake Oswego).

Practice starts in the beginning of September and runs through the end of November. As part of the program, kids are provided with a minimum structured practices two times a week and optional racing opportunities throughout the season. The program is open to kids of all levels. We especially invite those who have never run before to come out and give it a try. We don’t think you will regret it!

Athletes must be in 2nd grade (for 26/27 school year) AND turn 7 by the end of 2026.
Athletes must meet BOTH requirements to be eligible for the BTC Youth Program and eligible to compete in USATF meets.

Bowerman Track Club includes runners of all abilities with all youth athletes receiving high-level coaching from our BTC Elite athletes.
