Team Dinners

We have arranged reservations for dinner on Friday and Saturday night for everyone that would like to attend.  Friday dinner will be at 7:00 PM at the BTC Hotel Hilton Garden Inn catered by Olive Garden.  The cost of this dinner will be $10 per person.  We will pay for the dinner up front and then we ask that you pay us in cash or check.  The easiest option will probably be if you want to just include dinner payment in the check that you give us for race entry on Friday morning.  Please fill out the dinner sign-up below ASAP!

Standard Option: Salad, Breadsticks, Pasta, Chicken, Meatballs
*We will have a Gluten Free Option and Vegetarian


For Saturday dinner, we are working on options that will accommodate our group, and will make an announcement when we have more details  We know there are some families leaving on Saturday afternoon that won't be able to join us for dinner, but if you are around until Sunday, please join us.  If you plan to join for dinner on Saturday, please fill out the sign-up below.


Athlete Number Pick-Up

Coaches will pick up our team packet and numbers on Thursday.  We will plan to have a team meeting on Friday morning at 11:30 AM at the Hilton Garden Inn (BTC Hotel) and will pass out race numbers then.  The race entry for each athlete is $20 and we will be collecting that payment in cash or check then.  We will also accept payment for Friday Team Dinner at that time (see below for more info) if you want to just write one check for everything.  After the team meeting we will depart from the hotel for the course preview.

Weather Forecast

The weather for Friday and Saturday look like sunny! Great weather for a XC race, but let’s make sure we are packing layers! Highs are forecasted to be in the lower 40s and lows in the low 20s.   Make sure you pack your jackets, pants and warm clothes.

Starting Box

A table of the starting boxes can be found here.  Coaches will take care of getting the athletes to the right spot.  The table is a little confusing.  We are Region 13 so look for the "13" in the grid for each age group for our starting box.

All BTC Coaches will be at the meet assisting with all age groups, but below are the specific coaches for each age group that will take care of course preview on Friday and warm-up Saturday.
