Coaches have the ultimate on say which events are best for the athlete to compete in.
We can register athletes for field events but coaches will not be there for check in/competition.
Check in: Athletes must arrive at least 60 min prior to race start time. All must check in with a coach at the team tent upon arrival. Race check in will occur 30min prior to race time.
Warm up and cool down: Please meet at the BTC Tents where coaches will direct warm up and cool down.
Spikes: We recommend a pair of spikes for the track season. However, trainers will be okay if you do not have spikes. Spike length cannot be longer than 1/4 inch.

Relays: Relay Teams will be decided by coaches and may change between Regionals and Nationals.
Field Events: We do not coach field events. Athletes wishing to participate in field events are responsible for their own check-ins and scheduling. Parents are responsible for paying the cost of registration for a field event here.
