Meet Sign Up: 2026 Albina “Phil Walden” Meet

Race Date: Saturday, June 13th, 2026 @ Union High School, Vancouver, WA
Sign Up Due: Tuesday, June 9th 10:00pm
Sprint & Field Events ONLY
(distance athletes are still eligible to compete, but ONLY IN EVENTS 400M AND SHORTER)

To Register: Fill out the form below for registration.
This information provides Lauren and Dom a list to enter athletes. Late signups cannot be registered.
Coaches have the ultimate on say which events are best for the athlete to compete in.

Distance Program Athletes:
Coach Dom recommends:

  • Middle School Athletes: Take this weekend as a break from competition! A Saturday or Sunday Long Run (30-45 minutes) on your own/with friends is a great alternative!

  • Elementary/Newer Athletes: Try out the 400 and/or 200m, or a relay!

Sprints & Hurdles Program Athletes:
Coach Simon + Coach Lauren Recommend:

  • 4×100 relay!

  • Hurdles! — This is our final race opportunity for hurdles before the Association meet!

Athletes may register for up to 3 events. Ages 13-14+ may register up to 4.

Check in: Athletes must arrive at least 60 min prior to race start time. All must check in with a coach at the team tent upon arrival. Race Check In/Clerking will occur 20min prior to race time.

Warm up and cool down:  Please meet at the red Bowerman Tent where coaches will direct warm up and cool down.

Uniforms: Athletes must bring their own singlet to every meet. Uniforms will be distributed to first time racers at their first meet. Please wear black bottoms (shorts/leggings/whatever is comfortable). Please bring layers to stay warm, and sun protection.

Spikes: We recommend a pair of spikes for the track season. However, trainers will be okay if you do not have spikes.
Spike length cannot be longer than 1/4 inch! Please ensure that your athlete’s spikes are cleaned from any xc debris and do not have xc length spikes inserted. If needed, 1/4" spikes will be available at the team tent on race day

Relays: We encourage athletes to form their own relay teams with friends, but if athletes don’t have a team of 4 and would like to be assigned to one, please mark the box in the form below. Relay teams must be same-gender and same age-group.
4×100: Check in with Coach Simon and Coach Lauren to confirm your sprint team at practice.
4×400: This is the FINAL EVENT on Saturday. The meet follows a rolling schedule, please arrive early.
Enter all names in the form details.

Field Events:
We can enter your athlete for field events, but athletes are responsible for their own warmup, competition, and attention to the meet schedule. We do not coach field events as a club.

Meet Schedule: Events are on a “rolling schedule”. Races may run ahead or behind the tentative schedule posted below.
