2023 Pre Classic Youth meet Sign-Up

There is a unique opportunity for our athletes to race at the Prefontaine Classic at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon this year which is serving as the WANDA Diamond League Final.

Specific details on dates and times are listed below. There will only be a few entries permitted to compete, particularly in the Sunday 800m. Submission of interest is not a guarantee for entry. Athletes/parents will be informed of acceptance up close of the sign-up link.

Regardless of competition selection, we will have a BTC section in the stadium at the Pre Classic! Tickets are free to all BTC Youth athletes and families. We hope that you choose to come out and support the athletes racing both youth and professional!

Sign-Up is due Sunday, Sept. 10th by 5:00pm.

Schedule

Saturday, September 16th | 11:00 am

  • Events: BTC v. OTC Youth 1500m

    • Track: 1500m

    • Competition will be broken into age groups ( 11-12,13-14) and genders (boys/girls)

Sunday, September 17 | 8:00 am

  • Check-in begins as early as 7:00 am at the North entrance to Hayward Field

  • Who: Youth ages 7-14

  • Events:

    • Track: 800m

    • Competition will be broken into age groups (7-8, 9-10, 11-12,13-14) and genders (boys/girls)

  • Every participant receives:

    • FREE exclusive participation medal
