Mike Blackmore


Mike has one of the most impressive resumes on the team. Mike was a sub four minute miler during his collegiate running career at the University of Oregon. As a Masters runner, Mike holds an unofficialWorld record and one unofficial national record. His 4:03.52 in 1500 is a World Best for age 49 and his 4:11.67 stands as an American best for age 51. As a 49 year old, Mike also had the distinction of being the oldest American to break 32 minutes for 10k (31:46). In Masters competition, Mike won National titles in track in 2010 (800 and 5k) and the 2015 USATF National Mountain Running Championships. Mike also led the 50 team to a 3rd place finish at the 2015 USATF National Club Cross-Country Championship.
